    Misfit Kilt

Some on this forum are fans of the band Albannach. Terrific tribal sound of many drummers and one piper, all with a lot of talent. Rocky recently was the source of the new Albannach Tartan. The bolt of Alba wool was first cut for the great kilts for the band, with the rest available for the fans, commonly known as Misfits. It sold out very quickly. I scored the only Alba wool great kilt that is not on a member of the band.

I am now ready for the Albannach concerts at the New Hampshire Highland Games on September 18, 19, and 20, 2009 in Lincoln, New Hampshire, just a few miles south of Ontario, Canada.

Thanks, Steve, I am a big fan of the band, and that tartan looks even better in your photo than it did online.

There is soon to be the Albannach tartan in Polyviscose. It will be available in Semi-trad and casual kilts from USA Kilts around late June to early July. The mill has not woven the tartan as of today.
Imagine the Jones for a whole bolt of tartan?!!.

Congratulations! That's a beautiful tartan and you wear it well. I missed Albannach this year due to a family emergency. Hopefully, they'll be back next year.

    Beautiful tartan Steve!

I'll try and resist posting some kilted version of "We're a couple of misfits" from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer whgich is what your thread's title made me think of!

What?! I am not the only one with that album not sent to the dust bin?
