    Solas ...playing near me soon

    They will be performing at Frankfort's newly renovated Grand Theatre Friday, January 29.

    Excellent band! I'm sure it will be a great show! That said, I liked them best back in the '90s when John Doyle (my fave backing guitarist) was playing with them.

    The singer's voice is so pure and sweet. Would love to hear her give 'Both Sides of the Tweed' a go. Or Dougie Maclean's 'Caledonia'.

    Son of a Gun, they're gonna be in Chico. That's about a 3-4 hour drive, though. Hmmmm.
