I had tentatively planned on coming out, but have made other plans since I read this post.
For future refference... you don't need a LOT of people to make a kilt night a success... just invite everyone you know with a kilt and a couple of your close friends (even if THEY don't wear a kilt).
Best case scenario... you have a bunch of guys in kilts drinking and carrying on.
Worst case scenario... you are the only kilted one hanging out with your friends (which means YOU get all the attention).
Sounds like a good time any way you slice it!
When we have kilt nights out here, we have anywhere from 2 or 3 people to 20 + people. When you get a LOT of positive feedback from kilted friends about a particular kilt night, reservations are a good idea (ask the people at Brittinghams... right Magnus, Declan, Robert, Steve, Joe, Zak, Jeremy, and everyone on here that I missed that has gone with me to Brit's).
The Aug 26th kilt night in Baltimore has gotten very little response on Xmarks, but Kelly and I are still going. We may have 8 people (friends and customers) or we may have 2 people... either way, we're going to see the Charm City Saints and the Skels... 2 great Irish bands and a great bunch of guys!
