Black Watch Day Lunch, Louisville, KY July 22nd

Let's celebrate Black Watch Day on July 22nd (Tuesday) and lets get together for lunch.
Where: O'Shea's Irish Pub
Time: Lunch, 12:00 - 2:00
What to bring: yourself, your black watch kilt (preferably, but any kilt is welcome) and an empty stomach.
Price: No cover or admission fee, whatever you think you'll spend for lunch ($10-$20)

As I live about four miles from O'Shea's and work about a mile from there, I'm close enough to get there. Might even be able to swing a lunch that day (it's a Tuesday, if you don't have a calendar handy).

However, I don't have a Black Watch Kilt, and am not likely to buy one before then.

In fact, the only tartan kilt I have at the moment is a Sport Kilt--hardly the ideal thing for such a gathering.

I do get to go to work wearing a kilt--usually an Alpha Kilt or a UK Original or a UK Workman's model--so I won't have to change clothes if I'm able to join in the fun.

I won't know until--literally--that day whether I'll be able to make it, though. We have a lot of off-site stuff happening over the next month, and weather will affect the schedule.

DANG!! I have yet to receive my kilt. I am told that, it should arrive the middle of August. So, after that, if you guys wanna get together for something else, I'll be up for it

. Maybe, we could get a kilt night organized or something??

and there, as there are kilt nights in the Louisville area from time to time. I'm sure we'll have one again soon.

In the mean time, were I to host a kilt night, you'd be welcome to join in the socializing. None of the gang would discriminate against you.

depending on your size, I could hook you up with a kilt (Stewart Black) if you want, but you are more than welcome to join in on the 22nd, kilted or not!

I see two or three, with myself being the more uncertain one. As I mentioned, my work situation is such that I won't know until that morning whether I can attend. I'll try, of course.
