Dallas - Ft. Worth area kilt night?

Planopiper and anyone else in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area . . . can we get together the critical mass for a kilt night? Perhaps after the Texas Scottish Festival (Arlington)?

I'm gonna hit up some of the bars here and see if it's likely we get something going. If it comes together, I'll post you back so the Texas crowd can come.

Sounds like a great idea. Thursdays are bad as I have band practice. Maybe the Irish Rover over by Stonebrier Mall in Frisco. Or the Blarney Stone on Greenville. All kinds of possibilities.

Sorry I didn't see this earlier. I don't look at everything everyday.

Trinity Hall (Mockingbird Ln. and Central) or Tipperary Inn (Live Oak and Skillman) are a couple of other spots that I sometimes meet with some of the folks from my Scottish Country Dance group. There's a group that plays sometimes on Friday nights at Trinity Hall (whose name escapes me at the moment) that enjoys us doing SCD to their music. We can aim for something later in June.
