Las Vegas and Vancouver

Hey all, I will be in Las Vegas for the week of Christmas, and leaving on Boxing Day to BC. If any kilt nights are planned for this time please let me know. I am really interested in finding something for New Years Eve.

Looks like the Las Vegas Celtic Society and the Desert Skye Pipes and Drums are inactive this time of year. Least no gigs on their websites.

You can always stop by Nine Fine Irishmen in New York, New York for great Irish food and some cool t-shirts to go with your kilts.

And of course there's the Tilted Kilt in the Rio with a great gift shop. See if you can "not buy" their leather Tilted Kilt Las Vegas jacket...I couldn't "not buy" it. They only sell it there...no mail order...gotta go get it...make a decision while you're there.

There is always lots to choose from in "Big Smoke" for New Years but nothing specificly kilted that I know of. If you would be interested in lunch or dinner and a pint at my local, I can try and drum up some rabble to welcome you to this part of the world. Send me a PM and we can talk further.

Thanks RK but I don't do the "tourist" thing, I grew up there. I am looking for a small rabble to have a night out. Mikey thanks for the invite I'll let you know. I will be in Chilliwack and Vancouver from the 26th til the 28th then I will be in Barriere for a few days, and back twords the coast about New Years Eve.

Mikey's local is about half way from Chilliwack to Vancouver. I am not sure when I am in or out of town, but I will see if we can't work something out.
