Me and the wife are leaving tomorrow for a quick trip to Phoenix to catch a Ballgame, just wondering any kilted suggestions for things to do and see? We will be there till Tuesday morning! Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure if you'll get this email because you're leaving today. I really don't know of a whole lot going on this weekend. If it was the weekend of the 30th, there could have been more. I am busy with my family this weekend, so I won't be out on the town kilted.

If you're just looking for a good pub to visit, here is a list of a few depending on where you're staying.

    1) Fibber Magee's Irish Pub (Southeast Corner Dobson/Elliot in Chandler, AZ)
    2) Shamus MacCaffrey's (Right next to the ballpark in downtown Phoenix)
    3) Tilted Kilt in Scottsdale (Hot ladies in minikilts running around everywhere)

There are a bunch more, but other than that, I am not aware of anything exciting going on this weekend. Have fun at the ballgame, and prepare yourself for the 114 degree weather we're having right now.

Take a fire extinguisher to put yourself out. It's been over 100 F up here at 5000 ft elevation. I think Phoenix barely gets under 100 at night lately.
Cowards die many times before their deaths; the valiant never taste of death but once. Of all the wonders I yet have heard, it seems to me most strange that men should fear; seeing that death, a necessary end, will come when it will come. --William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar
