    Pittsburghers?

Car wreck complications had me "offline" for more than a year. Mostly recovered and just moved to "the Burgh", i.e. Pittsburgh, so I am looking for kilt-friendly, folks, friends, spaces and places in my new surroundings! Any West Pennsylvanians here?

Not in Pittsburgh, but glad to see your name pop up again. Sorry about the wreck.

Wonderful to hear that you're recovered from such major injuries. Welcome back!

Shame we weren't able to meet when I was in that city last year for a conference. I was hoping to meet some other kilties at the time.

Sorry to hear about the accident. I hope that is behind you now.

Growing up I had an aunt and uncle that lived in Mt. Lebanon. They are now residing in the Arlington Cemetery in Washington DC. Enjoyed my visits to the Pittsburgh area despite the weather always seemed to be cloudy and wet while I was there. Hopefully you can find others in kilt to have kilt nights at the local pubs.

I sympathize with your long recovery. I was hit in '79, and it was eight months before I was able to move my left arm, and another six before I was fully functional.

    So,...Welcome back to the forum.
