Greetings So Cal Hooligans and friends,

Oct. 17 is the third Saturday of the month, and that means a kilt night at The Tilted Kilt in Palm Desert at 5pm.

Last month was a bust, but I'm hoping this month will make up for it. See you all there.

A great night was had at the Tilted Kilt last night. There was only five of us there, but what a good time we had telling stories and laughing.

A great night was had at the Tilted Kilt last night. There was only five of us there, but what a good time we had telling stories and laughing.

We most certainly did have fun that night! There we were, two charming kilted gentlemen, and three saucy wenches, just whooping it up and laughing like adolescents! Even with such a small group, we had the nicest time just being silly, telling stories, and wondering why a sporran has three tassels(?).

Our last couple of kilt nights have been very poorly attended, and I can certainly understand how things get in the way, but I will pledge to keep our 3rd Saturday of each month gathering alive. Come Hell or high water, you can guarantee I'll be there in my kilt, ready to start a conversation. In the odd chance I cannot make it, I'm going to hope that one of my SCHooligan brethren will be there to be the spark plug.

November 21 looks like our next gathering, so please mark your calendars and help keep this fun outing alive.
