SOKS-Hunting McLeod-Milton
Yet again Hunting McLeod are playing at the Ivy Arms in Milton September 22nd. Let's be a show of force for SOKS' favourite unofficial celtic band. They have a new CD and new shirts.

I'm working that night ... oh well.
I am easily moved for sympathy for dogs, far more so than for humans, because dogs do not understand. There is no way to explain that you will return, that the vet will make it all better, that they cannot go shooting today because that is not what today is about. They cannot work out that their misery is finite and will some time end, and so their misery is magnified.

I may be up for it, I'll have to see.

I had a very enjoyable evening at the Ivy Arms. Only Grant and I were in attendance. One good looking gal at the next table was dying to ask the question, but couldn't quite form the words. No doubt she was intimidated by Grants devastating appearance. The Black Leather Kilt also caught and held the rapt attention of three young ladies a couple of tabled away. They were also fascinated by the wildly swinging pleats of Hunting McLeod as they jumped in unison wit the beat of the music. They seemed to be trying to catch a glimpse of whatever may be lurking there. Tan lines maybe? Who knows?
Great music, good food, good company.
Cheers,
Rick
