Southern Ontario Kilt Society
Okay there is no new kilt night planned as of yet. What I'm suggesting is that we form the Southern Ontario Kilt Society (or possibly Scot-ciety) or SOKS for short. This may make it easier to find out pertinent info within the vast postings on this forum. No dues, t-shirts or blue suede sporrans just a bunch of fellas who know when they're being summoned for drinks. We will include other X-Markers from south of the border or those flying in from parts unknown. That is all for now.

I'm in! Perhaps we can get something going on a traveling basis... hit different cities/towns with Kilt Friendly pubs, based upon members locations (read: come down here for a drink sometime!)
Let me know!

We'll get a list of who's in then connect dots on a map figure the distances for everyone then hold all the kilt nights staggering distance from my house. Sound good?
"Kilt Friendly Pub"? Every pub is gonna be kilt friendly, brother!

As one of the "south of the border" folks, can I be part of the New York auxiliary?
I am easily moved for sympathy for dogs, far more so than for humans, because dogs do not understand. There is no way to explain that you will return, that the vet will make it all better, that they cannot go shooting today because that is not what today is about. They cannot work out that their misery is finite and will some time end, and so their misery is magnified.
