    For Those In Vancouver

I just heard about this from one of my friends.

Kilt night at The Atlantic Trap & Gill

    Sunday, May 20, 2007
    Time: 6:00pm - 11:55pm
Location: The Atlantic Trap & Gill
Street: 612 Davie Street (Corner of Davie and Seymour)
    City/Town: Vancouver, BC

A FUNdraiser for the PEI boys' Forgotten Islanders Rugby Team

Games, Irish dancers, raffles, band, etc.

Show up early as it will probably fill up FAST!

    E.
Some Guinness spilt on the barroom floor.
When the pub was closed for the night, a wee brown mouse crawled out of his hole and sat in the pale moonlight.
He lapped the foamy froth from off the floor and back on his haunches he sat,
and all night long you could hear him roar "Bring on the Goddamn cat!"

You have to go there early. Do you want to meet up for dinner?

If any of you happen to bump into Terry Varga, do me a favour and ask him how his backlog is coming. There is one poor guy in Burlington who has waited for two and one half years for his kilt to be delivered. But I still have hope.

    Cheers,
    Rick

Rick, have your friend contact Terry through his website e-mail. He should answer through that venue.

    Hi Mikey,

I'm the poor guy in Burlington. I have tried contacting Terry through his website, but have not received a reply. His Bear Kilts website says that all back orders will be filled.

I was hoping that if someone was sitting at the table with him, they might give him a gentle nudge on my behalf.

    Cheers mate,
    Rick

    Bummer

Did anyone make it out to this event? How was it? I couldn't get out there as my ride bailed and I didn't want to take transit in the rain.
