    UPDATE....Upcoming kilted winery tour

I am not too sure where I should put this, but "Kilt Nights" seems to be the best place since this is not a Celtic Event or Highland Game. Anyway....

The St. Andrew's Society of Mid-Maryland is going to have a kilted winery tour of Tarara Winery in Leesburg, VA, just a few miles north of where the Potomac Celtic Festival is held, on August 20. The society will be meeting at 3:45p.m. for a 4p.m. tour. Please come out kilted and join us. At 6p.m., Tarara will be presenting their "Sounds of Summer" which consists of wine, food, and music until 9p.m. The cost of "Sounds of Summer" is $10 per adult.

    www.tarara.com

    Thanks,
    David Pugh

    Just my luck

Of course. My first kilt arrives on the 16th of August and I live 20 miles east of Leesburg AND some folks are getting together and my partner and I are heading for San Francisco that weekend. ( I have a conference and he's going to do some sightseeing.) August 20th might work (Saturday) but we have a 7:00 AM flight on Sunday so could be iffy.

Let me know what you eventually decide.
(I might get this right eventually)

Sorry, won't be able to make that. I've got another concert to attend that evening and I'll need to leave at about 4. Maybe next time.
