By my count, we will have 5 or 6 at the festival, counting Jimmy Carbomb and Sir William. At least a few of us are talking about a kilt night at Chownings' Tavern at 7 PM Saturday night, after the festival. Hopefully we can finalize those plans at the festival.

Kilted Rebel and I will be there. 1500 at one of the clan tents? I can't remember which one though. Mael Collum would know.

The kids can't wait to see Barleyjuice. We saw them at Grandfather Mountain, and my 10 year old still walks around the house singing "What's Up Yours!" They've rubbed off on me too.

I wore my kilt to work one day last month and one of my female coworkers asked me The Question. Well, I was so flustered (there was a group of them and I was surrounded) that before I could think I blurted out "I'm hiding the Loch Ness Monster". Well, you can imagine how well that went over. I think they heard the laughing on the other end of the building. Thanks Jimmy Carbomb.

Our regiment hits Chownings in kilts (42nd Grenadier Co., Rev. War) when we do Under the Redcoat the last weekend of June. If I lived closer, I'd be at the Fest.....Malcolm

My family and I will be there. My kids like Barleyjuice too But they'll leave around the time the fest is over. I'm planning to check the music after that. I've never seen Albannach or Barleyjuice, I can't wait! I'm a little confused at meeting up outside the event when the music is still going to go on. But I'm new to the festival so maybe someone can help me understand. Please?

Who put the Campbells and the Donalds next to each other? Might as well have put the Gregors over there as well. Oh what fun the highland game rivalries are!

We are meeting at the festival, 3pm, at the Clan MacCallum tent. There are none of the entertainers playing at that time. After the festival, several of us are planning on meeting at Chowning's for a kilt night. That is to be at 7 PM. Hope this clears up the confusion.
