Translation Hello My name is Malcolm
very new to the site. I have 1 kilt that I wear only when my wife lets me
although she did say I could wear it more often if it is compleated well.
I also have a question. The kilt I have has stiches on the very bottem to hold the pleats together, should these be taken out or left alone?
thanks for the responce in advance.

Welcome frim the Southeastern U.S. If the stitching is a differant color and loose it is called a basting stich. It should be removed.

from your friendly local Poor, Starving Liberal Arts Student!

It's probably the basting stitch, and should be removed (carefully!).
