Antique Kilt Pin needing identification
I have inherited what looks like a kilt pin. I am certain it was brought to Australia by my Scottish ancestors in the early 1800's. It held some importance for them and I would like to know why.
There is a medallion attached to the sword pin and each has a registration number on the back. The medallion depicts what looks like the head of a Greek soldier.
I have excellent clear close-up photos which I can send to anyone who thinks they may be able to help me.

A warm welcome to the forum from London.
Post some pictures on the forum, and you'll probably get a response on the pin.
best regards

from Chicago. If you put the photos on Photobucket, it's easy to display them on the forum.
