Brought Me Out of Lurking in Little Rock, AR

    Hey All,
I've been lurking about for several months, absorbing the knowledge, and as a newbie to kilt wearing (about a year), I didn't have any thing much to add. Today I saw a post from Buckskin, and lo and behold he's in Little Rock, AR too. That brought me out to introduce myself. As I have been out and about I have been hearing about the other kilted guy, and I'm guessing that must be Buckskin.
Obviously I live in Little Rock. I bought a Utilikilt late last summer, and learned of the comfort and functionality of kilts. When a warm spring arrived this year I resolved to wear a kilt at least any where I would wear shorts.
The kilting experience has been interesting to say the least. All the stories are true and some are pretty unbelievable. My main observation is women seem to have no control once confronted by a man in a kilt. Another thing I wished I had learned much earlier in life. LOL

    Welcome.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Hello and welcome from Savannah, GA. No doubt about your observation regarding the effect kilts can have on the ladies. Recently heard Craig Ferguson (late show on CBS) use the term "Result Wear" for the kilt for that very reason.
