    Greetings from Belgium

    Hi,

    I'm a business student in Belgium. I've always had interest in Celtic and Germanic folklore and culture. I have been to Scotland, but the limited funds were spent on whisky and a droneless bagpipe instead of kilts
    I've been looking around for cheap ones online, but decided I might as well learn to make one myself and have a perfect fit, it does not look particularly difficult.
