    Greetings from Toronto, Canada

I see many other newbies here so I'm happy not to be the only one LOL.

I've wanted a kilt for some time, but given the price of entry I was prioritizing my money on more important purchases. The other day I had the opportunity to pick up an off-the-rack style for a low price.

Hey, entry level is not a bad place to start, is it? So far I am loving it. I have Scots blood, but the GF and her family are very Italian. They just don't understand the big deal about it.

Oh well, I'm the one wearing it so it's my choice.

Looking forward to talking with all of you soon.

Yeah, my Hispanic in-laws had a bit of adjustment to make, but I think they know me as a guy who does what he likes anyhow so they just got used to it in a hurry.

Formerly from the T-dot, but now on the west coast, welcome!

I used to be in Barrie, spitting distance from Burnett's. Went into the retail store a few times to drool and say to myself "just gotta save up $1,000"
