Hello from Barrie, Ontario
Hello everyone. I've been wearing kilts casually for a while now but am feeling somewhat lonely - I don't see any others in my daily routine. It's good to know that there are others who see the kilt as a garment rather than a costume, ethnic wear, or exclusively formal attire. (I once had a lovely lady in a niqab ask me if the kilt I was wearing was ethnic wear. I had no idea how to answer so I simply smiled and said "Yes, this is generally recognized as being from Scotland.")
I look forward to interesting conversations with interesting people.
Chris

Welcome, you won't be lonely long on this board.
If you're living remote and kilting the kilt boards are a great way to stay in contact and get great info. Dive in.

Hello and welcome from Houston, TX. Look for Highland games, St. Patrick Day celebrations, and Robert Burns dinners to find other kilties.
