    Hello from Czech Republic

    Hi,
my name is Jiri (czech version of George), born in Pilsen, Czech Republic - city of beer (I hope, you know at least Pilsner Urquell ). During last two years, I visited Scotland several times and I fully fell for kilts. I have bought two "tourist kilts" on the Royal Mile (sorry, I know your oppinion to this stuff ), but finaly this year I decided to make my own hand sewn one. I bougth Czech National Tartan and spend a lot of time on this web pages studiing everything about kilts. Hopefully, it was not waste of time - I made one with my own hands. I posted a thread in the DIY Kilt and Accessories help forum, so please, look at it.

    Best regards

    Jiri

    From Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada!

I'd hazard a guess and say that not many that are new to the kilt go out and sew their own! Good work!!
