Hello from Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas

My wife, Cynthia, registered a few days ago after lurking for a little while, and I decided to register and say hello myself.

I recently bought a Stillwater kilt (standard black Stewart), and I love it. I can definitely see getting more kilts: a couple kilts similar to the one I'm wearing right now (the SWK), a Utilikilt, and a more formal kilt.

I'm looking forward to camping and hiking in the kilt and getting together for some kilt nights in the D/FW area. I'm also looking forward to learning more about kilts; the forums here are a wealth of information and a pleasure to read!

Welcome aboard. I have friends and loved ones near and north of Fort Worth (where the west begins), a few are even Rhomans.

I'd bring a kilt along for a puc crawl or kilt night in Cowtown.

I'm north of Ft. Worth, not too far from Rhome.

Ft. Worth has a lot of interesting places perfect for a kilt night.
