I’ve been lurking for about a month.

Good forum and of course great subject.

My first kilt was an AK purchased and worn a lot at the Philadelphia Folk Festival two months ago.
I liked so much that when I returned home I purchased another.
Since then I’ve purchased two SK Thrifty kilts.

I’m in Haverford, PA USA about a thirty-minute drive from USAK so I guess I’ll have to visit them.

Family names: Byrnes, Macnamara, O’Hara, Gallagher, Frishman.
All Irish (Wicklow, Armagh) except Frishman (Saxon German - Frischman).
Closest Scottish connection is spelling variant Burnes (Argyle) – Sept of Campbell.
