    Hello From Mexico

    Hi all
I'm new in the forum, i decided to register after a few months reading the posts.
I'm originally from mexico with MacLean heritage.

I play the pipes and the fiddle.. also i play german, galician and uilleann pipes.

I came interested in kilts cause the piping culture, then I love it for the freedom.
4 years ago I bought my first kilt in st patrick tartan and use it for 3 years a lot, last year i made with mom's help my first kilt, not finish yet but wearable. This spring I made my very first full tailored kilt by my own, with the lining and buckles stuff =]

At this moment i have made 5 kilts, 6 kid's kilts and a mini kilt for my sister. I'll practice some more for make a 8 yards heavy weight tartan.

I practice cycling and would like a rideable kilt :P which fabric can be, just wondering, but i'm gonna find it.
Finally i would like to say that i'm scout leader and soon i'll do wood bagde course, i would like to have my maclaren tartan ready. Do someone know can I get some light and sporty tartan?

    Hi from St Louis, Missouri.
For me, there is nothing in this world that holds the same fascinating appeal as watching the backside of well kilted man...
