Hi, I don't wear a kilt because I wear a skirt...but my husband does

He's of Canadian extraction and his mother's family are Smiths. I'm of Irish ancestry; my dad was the first one in the family born here.

I signed up for your forum because I was looking for an example of the Special Forces tartan; I took a commission for some custom kilt hose recently and needed to match at least one of the colors for them. Thanks Hugh for the photo! It's a very sharp tartan.

There is bound to be someone at X Marks who stocks it or who knows where it can be found.
And don’t be shy about wearing tartan yourself – there are plenty of great-looking Irish and American tartans.
