    Exclamation Hello new guy

Yes, I am too a kilt wearer. I purchased my Utilikilt last year and wear it in the summer months. Actually the Utilikilt is a bit too thick her in the summer, 100's plus so I am looking for a light weight or rip stop version. Any help out there.

I have perused this site for a year, but never became a member. Well I am now a member and got another work partner to get a kilt. Infact he build his own and I believe posted on this site.

Glad to be among fellow kilt wears.

    Cheers.

    Welcome,

So where on the Planet do you live that a Utilikilt is too hot?? Don't know you'll find much of quality any lighter than a UK original or a USA Kilts Casual.

Thanks, yes central valley of Kalifornia. Temps get here around 110 sometimes. Yes, I got hot wearing the Utilikilt just because of the thickness of the material. It would be nice if they had one in ripstop.

Welcome to the forum. I have worn a 9 yard 16 oz tank in temperatures approaching 100F, with 80+ humidity and been cooler than I would have been wearing jeans.
