Hello to all on X Marks the Scot,
Found this community as I was searching for reviews on casual/value/sport kilts, etc. Have been very interested in all that the many of you have had to say on so many topics. Currently own two kilts (both of which have shrunk), a Harvey tartan by Dalgliesh and a Clark tartan by J. Higgins Ltd.

Today I'm not as able to be active in the world of things Scottish, but maybe when I retire. I was founding President of the St. Andrew's Society of Central Illinois and founder/first Pipe Major of the St. Andrew's Society Pipes & Drums here in Springfield, IL.

Will probably be more of a reader/watcher than contributor to the forum, but appreciate the passion for, interest in, and promotion of the kilt in its many forms. "Up with the tartan!"
