Hello From St. Louis
I am a mut of celtic blood, welsh Irish and scottish (But I got red hair out of the deal). Just ordered me first kilt from Stillwater. Figured I would make my first post here to introduce myself. I am from St. Louis Missouri (Overland) and I am 27, a youngin around these parts it seems. I have been laboring over the "Do's and Dont's" Thread for the last few hours, hilarious stuff and educvational. sláinte.

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Hello and from Boston, Massachusetts
I hope you get as much pleasure and use out of your SWK as I do. When you do get into the kilt for the first time, wear it around the house for a while to get used to sitting, and getting up with it. There are many good ideas on the dos and donts threads. Unless you are the chief executive of a certain British airline, please put the aprons in front and the pleats to the rear. The tiny picture in the top left is me in my SWK Irish National semi-traditional. Jerry has absolutely great customer service.
Please post pictures of the kilt with you in it.
