Hello from Sunny Central Florida!
I found this site here by referell from a a discussion going on @ iantiqueonline.ning.com. We are searching for information on a coat of arms with what appears to be a crane on both the shield and the crest. Possibly going back to 17th or 18th century. To follow along you can view it @

If anyone has any information that could be usefull please let me know. Thanks,

PS: I've taken a look around here and see that it would seem we have some pretty savy people here!

Hi Oralei,
Firstly, welcome to XMarks from Norfolk, England.
I think you would have better luck tracing the coat of arms here:
http://www.amateurheralds.org/forum/
This is the International Association of Amateur Heralds of which I am a Fellow. The arms in question are at first glance middle-European and we have a few experts in that field. An email to them will give you far better results.
Regards
Chas
