Hello from Wyoming
I have been visiting this site since 2009 and was reminded that I have not posted. I have 3 heavyweight kilts from Scotweb and House of Tartan. They look better than I do and are very comfortable to wear. I hit a few of the festivals in southeast Wyoming and north central Colorado every year. This year because of inflation and general limited work will have to limit myself to the Longs Peak festival in Estes Park September 8-11.

Welcome from San Diego! What part of SE WY? We moved my mother here from Centennial WY a few years ago when the weather and altitude got to be too much for her, but she'd been there 30+ years and I've wandered the back roads around there many summers. As few winters as possible

Thank you sydnie7
I am 95 miles north of Cheyenne which would put me about 150 miles northeast of Centennial. I feel bad you had to move your mother from Wyoming, because Centennial would be a tough act to follow. Thank you for the welcome.
Bye the bye. I was stationed in San Diego in the late 1970's. I was a very naive young man at the time as a senior commander asked me what I thought of San Diego after I had been there six months. I replied that people were more friendly than I had anticipated because some women kept asking me if I wanted to go to a party. The commander rolled his eyes and asked me if they were leaning against lamp posts at the time.
