    Cool Hi, All! Another Newbie from NYC

    My wife Rose introduced me to this site earlier. My name is Frank, and I'm a member of the IUOE Local 94 Operating Engineers Union, which sponsors a Pipes&Drums Band. I am a bagpiper with the Band. I have only been playing for about 12 weeks now, and am currently scheduled to be fitted for my first kilt. We will be marching in the St. Patrick's Day Parade down in Savannah, GA in March of '08.
