    Hi from South Africa

    Hi All

My name is Brian Barnes and I hail from Pietermaritzburg in South Africa. My interest in all things kilted started at an early age but more recently has expanded with my son playing pipes for the Pietermaritzburg Calledonian Pipe Band. He is 14 and we are really proud of him.

I cam across this forum in my search for information on sporrans. I have recently started crafting in leather and am basically a beginner, but thought I would look at the possibility of making sporrans at some stage.
