    Kilted Seattleite

Just found this site a couple days back.

I am currently the proud owner of two Utilikilts (Original and Survival) and my Menzies Huting tartan, bought on my honeymoon in the UK. My wife started me down the kilted path last year on my birthday and I've become hooked.

I'm looking forward to hearing the advice of artisans and enthusiasts alike. Greetings and I look forward to gaining more knowledge.

    Thanks for having me,

    George

    Welcome George,
Of course most people won't know how to pronounce your Nic, but then let's keep our NW delicacies safe from the rest of the world.

    That's no delicacy, it's the state bird,,,er, molusc,,er,,,nevermind!

Welcome to the site from the southern border of the state, George. I'm sure you'll find many insights here as well as off-beat humor, but then those of us in the upper left hand corner of the country are used to that aren't we?

A HUGE number of us also have UtiliKilts and love them as much as the tartans. You'll fit in well here.

    George,

    WELCOME!

    Great to have you here!

Tartans as well as Utilikilts are part of my life, so you are for sure fitting in as Jimmy has said.

I just got back from Seattle and was disappointed to have seen NOT ONE kilt during my stay

Too bad, we could have traded kilt-tales over one of those fantastic ales for which Seattle is so justly famous!
