Living in Norway but still love my roots :)
Hi Folks just a few quick lines to introduce myself , I am now living in Norway with my Norwegian girlfriend but North East Scotland is still in my heart and always will be , Reason for joining this forum is we are getting married in Dunfermline in the summer and I really want to wear a kilt so have been looking on the net at buying one and came across you all , So hopefully get some really good advice from here . As to where to buy and best companies to look at , I really fancy the Saltire kilt outfit from "scotlandshop.com" think it would be one to wear with pride here in Norway
All the best and a happy new year to one and all
Karl

Welcome, from Inverness-shire. Is the Norsk-Hydro factory still at Telemark?

Welcome from sunny Oslo!
Jock, the factory is indeed still there and currently holds a Norsk Hydro museum as well as still producing power.
