Hi to All,
My name is Darryl, 63 years young, am married with 4 grown up children, and I had my first kilt made 4 years ago, by a kilt maker in Ipswich, Queensland. I am a professional solo entertainer and I wear the kilt to many formal and informal functions, weddings, etc.
The tartan I wear is the Ross Ancient Hunting, combined with Ghillie brogues,cream hose, red flashes and an Argyle jacket, belt and semi-dress fur sporran. I do not wear the sgian dubh, due to restrictions here in Oz in many venues on carrying a what they consider a "concealed weapon".

I am happy to be part of this friendly forum and hope that I can contribute as well as learn many new things here.
