Suburban Philly says "Yo!"

Hi all,

Not new to the board--been lurking for years--but decided to sign up
"just because." We live about 25 mi. west of Philadelphia, Pa. Although he wouldn't know me, I live within walking distance (aye, a long walk...) of a certain board sponsor's store, too.

Scots heritage comes easily to me as my father was from Aberdeen and I grew up with pipes, kilts, and the lot. Additionally, we were over for a week this summer to attend our clan gathering in August.

I'm an infrequent kilt-wearer (and don't own one) but rent them as needed to keep costs down. As I get older, more Scots events seem to turn up so a purchased kilt may be in my future.

Regards to all, thanks for the company and Scotland Forever!

Welcome from someone just a little further west in Lancaster county, Lititz PA to be exact. Buy that first kilt, you won't regret it.

Thanks, Rocky. You're first on the (very short) list.
