    Jacket Tracing

I am interested in making a casual jacket for Mark to wear with his kilt. Could anyone who has a 40-42 LONG kilt jacket please trace the fronts of the jacket so I can see how the curve in front is done? That would also help me know how long to make the front. I want to make an everyday jacket that he can wear. Also, any suggestions on what color would go best with the Hay modern tartan, which is predominantly red.

GOT IT! Thank you Eagle 43172

You could search for Simplicity pattern #5029 Kilt Jacket, which I believe is out of print but still available. I have a copy but I'm not sure of the size. PM me and I'll check. I was going to use it but converted a Tweed sport coat instead and may use the cloth for an Inverness. If the size is right you can have it.
