Looking for navy scot hat (100% wool)
Hi there sir,
I am looking fore one kind of wool watch cap (Jack Nicholson's beanie style) with the following description:
The hat is navy with a tag in the under side with the mention: 100 % ALL WOOL made in scotland.
Anyone know where it might be manufactured or sourced?
PS: We expect to order big quantity.
Thanks in advance for your advices and propositions.
Best Regards,
Etas

I am of no help I am afraid, but it looks like a good business opportunity for some one over here!
Oh and welcome, from Inverness-shire.

Where are you?
If you want to make a bulk order you could be hit by import duties which could come as an unpleasant shock.

Pleater, I am from Belgium, I believe there is no import duties to pay...I hope so

If you were this side of the pond, id have suggested the scottish tartans museum, but since youre that side, maybe scotweb or dunadd (both forum supporters) would likely be able to help...

Re: Looking for navy scot hat (100% wool)
Etas,
Sir, would you be so kind as to give us some background to your rather unusual request posted to a kilt forum.
We ask because we know of cases where similar sounding posts, made to forums that stated that, "large quantity orders" were a possibility, have turned out to be scams.
Perhaps we are being a bit over cautious in this case but, if you could explain why you are asking, or what this is all about, you could put our minds at ease.
Why would you post to a kilt forum asking about knit caps?

Re: Looking for navy scot hat (100% wool)
Sir,
I fully understand your concern about this.
We seek this kind of cap for over two years, my client is a wholesaler in the hosiery and receives a lot of demand for land that I can not disclose online.
Why xmarksthescot? I was advised to post my demand by several manufacturers as "Burnett's & Struth Scottish Regalia Ltd. "
I hope I answered your questions
Regards,
