Are you wanting badges that come pre-made and all you do is sew them to whatever you want to sew them to, or do you want to have garments and other things custom-embroidered? If it's the latter, and screen printing and embroidery shop can do it for you. Just take them a color copy of the crest, and be prepared to pay for the digitizing and set-up charges, in addition to the per-piece charge to do the embroidery.

I picked up a Clan Forrester (not exactly a common clan) embroidered clan badge patch that pins onto your blazer or bonnet from STM at the recent Stone Mountain Highland games. I have also seen them elsewhere online recently but cannot for the life of me remember where, probably because I already had mine. I think I saw a few on ebay, too.

Does it need to be a vector image?

    Hi Steve,

I am an embroiderer and printer by trade. We specialize in doing crest and heraldry work for Scottish and Irish families.

Unfortunately, dont have a digitized Cunningham crest which would be compatible for a home embroidery machine.

One of the major problems for home embroidery systems is finding digitized designs of a sepcialized nature (like a clan crest) which are compatible for those machines. Dont know of any source for such a file nor do I have anyone I know who does digitizing work for home systems.

LMK if I can answer any questions for you.

I do specialize in the Scottish crests. I have a full set of embroidered clan images ( well over 250 ). I can either embroider it on a wide selection of clothing or I can provide you with embroidered crest on black fabric. How many would you like to buy? I have also just finished a new design for anyone who collects items on the Royal regiment of Scotland. It is 110,000 stitches and it takes 4 hours to embroider , even on our commercial machines.
The kilt is magic! But , does it make my arse look big?
