    seeking men's 38-40 waist kilt in McNeill of Barra modern tartan suitable for 5'10" height

    The MacNeil of Barra Modern is stocked by USA Kilts in Poly-viscous. It is wonderful wash and wear, and takes a beating. I wear mine almost daily, in the Semi-traditional. See the website for details and Rocky is awesome to do business with.
