Sportkilt has a decently affordable jacket and vest. i dont own one personally but it has great reviews on its site. id say its worth a look

The Scottish Tartans Museum gift shop has a nice Prince Charlie (vintage) on consignment, that is currently on a display in the front store window. If I remember correctly, it is about a 40L, so rather close to your size. It's a nice one, in great shape, and good quality. I can't recall what the asking price is, but it might be worth an email to tartans@scottishtartans.org or better yet a phone call to 1-866-898-1192 (toll free).

Hey Ron,
Why not get an Argyll? More practical as they dress up for formal times and dress down for day wear.
