WTB: Quality Kilt Wanted, 28 Waist 22 Drop

I'm looking for a kilt for my son, who's will be competing next month. As he's a growing boy, I'd like to find a well made wool kilt for a reasonable price.

I'm not thinking of "casual" kilts, but something he could compete and play in in public for a year or two.
