    Yes it is. I bought it because it was such a good deal and hoped that it would fit. 180 for a real wool kilt was too good to pass up. I guess the guy who sold it is going through some hard times and needed the money fast. Its not a "too good to be true" deal. It really is a 16oz. wool nice kilt and I got all of those accessories that came with it!

    I have just completed a Tibetan lamb sporran, with hand cast cantle (Brass) I will attempt to send pictures of it tomorrow, after I set up the PC... Let me know,
