Even longer shot....
Looking to trade (with money for offset if necessary) a Sportkilt "The Works" http://www.sportkilt.com/product/360...en-Modern.html in the MacLaren Modern tartan with the additional pockets and belt loop upgrade for....
A Utilikilt. Workman's or Survival..35" waist and 23" length. Color doesn't matter as much as the size....
I wore the Sportkilt twice, once to work (see my avatar) and once out for drinks. I just am not enamored with this kilt and should have just bought a UK.
Anyway, lemme know what you think if there is something that can be worked out.

Forgot size
It is a Large size. Around 23 length and the waist is adjustable because of the velcro..I am a 34 regular and I have room to get fatter or loose weight....
