Sounds good Bear, I agree also that a dark green would be good, it would go with many tartans.
What about a thistle option also? I know, easy to make suggestions when someone else is doing the work!

Good choice David,
I got a brown clan crest sporran from Bear sometime ago now, and it is usually my first choice for day-to-day wear. Of course it matches perfectly with my brown Lichfield belt for Celtic Empire (Bear also sells them now).

Thanks Bear. I have to prep the excuses for the wife... I'm sold, but she holds the purse strings... I may have to go 4 yard Bearkilt and an Irish Sporran.
So many options....
