Because we sometimes forget to say it...

    Greetings,

I sent Rocky a PM with some questions about his line offerings, sometime either late Friday or early Saturday. And I am a careful spender, so I had a LOT of questions.

Get this - the guy has already PM'ed me, this morning, and answered my questions for me. And you know, he apologized for not getting back to me sooner, since he was working a big festival over the weekend.

I spent the weekend on my duff, while Rocky was working, trying to earn a crust and he apologizes to ME?!?

You have a top-notch act, Rocky. And I thought you deserved to hear it. Again. I will be in touch, real soon.

If it's customer service you are looking for, might I recommend Rocky to you?

    Peace,
    Mike

All those who have dealt with Rocky have learned to respect the guy, he has gone to great lengths to make sure that I am happy with my purchases. No man can do better than that.

I'm glad you're happy Mike, if you MUST be addicted to kilts, USA kilts are good to be addicted to, you can be sure of a "quick fix"

I must agree Rocky's service and availible are great. I had a bunch of questions and emails...alll were politely answered.

I got my kilt in record time.

After a few wearings it was apparent I measured a bit too long (I have another kilt from a great kilt maker that was a bit short so I over estimated the length) Rocky had me mail it back and he is shortening it an re-fringing the edge for a very modest fee...You can see my MacMillan Philaberg in my gallery.

He has been great to work with. Thanks Rocky.

I PM'ed him a lot (ok a LOT) of questions and he answered every one of them. I even spoke with him on the phone, today.

Guys, Rocky is all about making his customers happy.

There is no doubt in my mind.

You know, we have all been "had" in a business deal. One way or another. After talking with Rocky today, it suddenly came to me that I am getting a good deal AND I am supporting a business person that really WANTS my business. When was the last time you were in that situation?

And the fellow wearing it looks well pleased, too! A fine, braw lad, indeed!

    Good to "meet" you, Atticus.

    Peace,
    Mike

OK, NOW I know the secret to Rocky's success. He has followed the excellent business tenet of achieving success by surrounding himself with good people.

I just got a phone call from Kelly. Guys, she called me to let me know she had my order. How many businesses would take the time to do that? OTHER than Rocky and Kelly's?

I know I asked the dreaded $64.00 question Kelly. AND I know what your sigh was all about when I asked. You just do what you can and it will be a surpise, no matter what (or when )!

OK, now what can I do to start saving up for a Victory? <grabbing my empty coffee cup and sunglasses and taking a seat on the floor>

Alms. Alms for the poor, alms for the poor...

It's now official - the jonesin' has BEGUN!

    Peace,
    Mike

Mike, dealing with Rocky and Kelly your jonesing will be pretty short lived.

Mike you are going to love the victory kilt, I have a navy blue one that I wear for work cooking, absolutely love ,modern styling but constructed with a traditional flair.
