Haven't seen any posts or talk of the casual kilts offered at Heritage of Scotland. I just purchased my second kilt. For $75 it's hard to beat the price. Granted they have a limited selection of tartans, but I love my Scottish National, and am looking forward to my Royal Stewart that's in the mail. They are fastened with two straps, and are made of polyviscose. Unfortunately I haven't tried any other kilts so it would be impossible to compare, but I'm very satisfied.
