    Formal Kilts

    Jimmy,

I'm wondering, because I couldn't tell from the measuring instructions, where to measure the waist... from the navel, or down on the hips like a Bear kilt?

Sorry, but I see guys wearing their pants at all different levels. My brother-in-law seems to prefer his waistband rubbing his nipples. I'm barely joking.

    Bwaaahaaahaaahaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The "Formal" kilts wear MUCH like the traditionals since the waistband is pleated. They're good and snug around the hips (like traditionals) yet have the low-maintenance of the "Casuals". I would actually measure from the top of the jeans just to be sure.
