    Graham is finally into plain!

Out of the pure goodness of his huge heart (and in part, compensation for another matter) Rob from R Kilts sent me a pure wool 4 yard plain green kilt.

I love it, it's wonderful, it's comfy and looks great!

Finally I have a plain, NON-TARTAN kilt that I really believe I can wear with pride and comfort.

    Rob, you are a champion!

The pleats are symetrical. This is good on my hikes through the bush as the pleats will not get caught, as well as getting into my vehicle as there are only half the pleats that will bunch up.

I've posted piccies in my gallery.

For me it's a huge step to move away from tartan, but this kilt makes that very easy to do.

Rob also modified a sporran I'd bought previously for no extra charge. Now THAT is customer service!

Nope, it's bound to be Graham. You know Hamish looks better than that.

Graham, you look great in that kilt and it looks like an excellent kilt too. Well done, Rob!

Really a handsome garment, and the model is giving Hamish a race for his money! I like the dark hose with it, dignified but not stuffy...

Thanks all for the kind words.

One thing is for sure, I won't have people coming up to me and asking what tartan I'm wearing
