I think I saw such a kilt on kilt legend Hamish. At least I think it's the same.

No one can miss you in this kilt, for sure, plus very good to wear it in the rain or snow.

i found a UK supplier at £66, one of my friends who doesn't approve of my kilt wearing and keeps trying to force me into the current trend of fashionable clothing is trying to get me to promise never to get one of those, it's almost worth the money just to tick her off......

I have a Blåkläder without the hi-vis, and this summer I wore it to work (gardening, cleaning & tending to animals) almost every day. It's great for that use, and I got many compliments. As this one seems to be built much the same, only with the hi-vis fabric, I'd say go for it!
